THE MESSAGE

Not everything that looks good… is Godly.

We are often faced with choices that aren’t clearly right or wrong—but require discernment between what appears good and what is truly aligned with God.

We are called to more than what looks good.
We are called to what is Godly.

THE TEACHINGS

Truth vs. Niceness

Ephesians 4:15
Truth may be uncomfortable, but it leads to transformation.

Accountability vs. Judgment

Accountability is love in action—it calls people forward, not just keeps peace.

Boundaries vs. Self-Sacrifice

Jesus set boundaries. Faithful love includes limits.

Cultural Acceptance vs. Faithfulness

Romans 12:2
We are not called to blend in—but to be set apart.

Righteous Anger vs. Sinful Reaction

Ephesians 4:26
There is a difference between Godly conviction and fleshly response.

Trusting God vs. Trusting Systems

Psalm 20:7
God—not the world—is our foundation.

THE TAKEAWAY

Don’t settle for what looks good.

Choose truth.
Choose faithfulness.
Choose what reflects God’s heart.

Pursue what is Godly.

PRAYER

Lord, help me to see clearly and choose what honors You. Give me courage to walk in truth, even when it’s difficult. Amen.
